Job Description
The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Sales Directors (TSD) within the assigned region. The RSD owns overall responsibility for meeting monthly regional and assigned sales quotas, implementing and driving individual accountability across the team in accordance with the Lead Science sales process, and the hiring, coaching, and management of a team of high‑performance sales professionals. This individual will maximize the sales of Lead Science products and services against an agreed plan, measuring against monthly and annual sales targets. The RSD will manage regional sales funnels ensuring the timeliness, completeness, and quality of sales record management through Salesforce.com.
Essential Functions
Hire, train, manage, and retain a team of sales professionals to meet monthly sales quotas
Implement and maintain accountability for the Lead Science sales process within the territory and across the region
Work with marketing to design and execute plans to drive awareness, performance, and sales of Lead Science products and services
Establish and build close relationships with lawyers, law firms, and contractors
Maintain a regional pipeline of active, late stage deals equal to 3x the monthly quota
Enforce sales standards and practices that create quality sales which are easily implemented and supported and enable the company to meet its profitability requirements
Achieving revenue goals with accurate forecasting
Live, share, and support the Lead Science organizational culture
Required Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
5+ years B2B sales and sales management experience
Motivated leader who drives the region to new growth and development
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems and maximizes team member productivity
Ability to plan and manage time effectively
Preferred Skills/ Experience
10+ years of B2B sales and sales management experience
15 years’ experience in field or career
Ability to prioritize task and change frequently and manage unexpected demands

The base salary range for this position is $77,500 - $114,900.
The posted salary range for this position may be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; internal pay equity; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
