The Attraction, Influence, and Marketing organization is seeking a high-judgment, well-organized, self-motivated, and creative digital communicator. This role will lead our employer brand presence across owned talent social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, driving innovation and scaling our reach to fuel Amazon's hiring needs. As a successful candidate, you'll have a proven track record of strategizing and executing bar-raising social content focused on driving awareness and consideration of Amazon as a top employer. You should live and breathe social, familiar with the full spectrum of social formats and tactics. You should have an intimate understanding of the current digital/social media landscape, be a strategic thinker, goal oriented, and excel in a fast-paced environment. This role requires both strong creative and analytical chops on a team that works hard and has fun. Key job responsibilities

Content Strategy & Calendar Management: Own and manage the global content calendar across all employer brand social channels, ensuring strategic alignment with hiring priorities, recruitment events, and business objectives. Drive content planning and execution while maintaining flexibility for real-time opportunities and emerging priorities. Stakeholder Management: Partner with recruitment teams and business leaders to align social strategy with hiring priorities. Innovation: Drive experimentation and testing of new social platforms and formats to reach diverse talent pools. Content Ownership: Conceptualize and execute best-in-class social content – using a range of formats and tactics – driven by customer obsession, audience insights, social trends, and the public environment. Social Series Development: Develop and execute content series across Amazon’s verticals and priorities. Measurement and Evaluation: Collect, interpret, and report social data/analytics through native and third-party tools. Leverage data to drive continual content improvement against benchmarks. Platforms: Stay on top of trends across social platforms and tailor content to channel audiences and nuances. Social tactics: Use influencers, partnerships, collaborations, and other tactics to drive business goals and content performance. Advice and Learning: Provide counsel to internal stakeholders on social's role and impact. About the team

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience with features, trends, and developments across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn Experience using design and video editing software, including CapCut, Canva, Adobe, and on-platform editing tools Preferred Qualifications

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
