Hybrid job opening for an experienced
SeniorEmployee Benefits Account Manager who has expertise with
Large Groups
(500+ lives). You partner closely with account executives, sales, and agency leaders to maintain a high level of account satisfaction and retention.
Duties & Responsibilities Here’s a little bit about what you can expect at your desk each day:
Marketing cases (fully insured and self-funded)
Daily customer service requests
Employee meetings and enrollments
Renewal prep and marketing
Vendor management
Client meetings and presentations
Skills & Experience
Minimum three (3) years of group employee benefits experience in a similar agency client manager capacity
State insurance license
