VP of Finance/CFO - Hospitality & Real Estate

A well?established, privately held hospitality investment and management platform is seeking a senior finance leader to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. This role will operate at the intersection of hotel operations, real?estate investment, and corporate finance, with flexibility around title (VP of Finance or CFO) based on experience. The position is a highly visible leadership role overseeing the full accounting and finance function while also supporting acquisitions, dispositions, capital strategy, and investor relationships. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of hands?on financial leadership and strategic mindset within a multi?property hospitality environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead all accounting and finance functions across a multi?hotel portfolio
• Partner closely with executive leadership on strategy, growth initiatives, acquisitions, and exits
• Oversee month?end close, reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Serve as primary financial liaison to investors, lenders, and external partners
• Build, mentor, and hold accountable a lean but experienced finance team
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, USALI, tax, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Hospitality / hotel experience required (ownership, management, or investment platform)
• Proven ability to lead accounting teams and deliver accurate, timely reporting
• Experience supporting transactions, capital events, or portfolio growth
• Strong executive presence and ability to partner directly with a CEO
• CPA preferred
