Job Title
Responsible for preparing all hot and cold food items, ensuring consistency and quality in production. Must ensure all food is prepared and served according to specified standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities
Ensure kitchen sanitation is maintained according to health department guidelines.
Ensure the station is set up for service at least 15 minutes prior to service time.
Required to learn all menu items produced at the assigned station.
Complete work assignments to meet the required quantities within the designated time frame.
Handle refrigeration and serving of cold food.
Produce orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Adhere to safe food handling procedures at all times.
Qualifications
Demonstrate basic knife skills.
At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
Ability to multi-task and adhere to kitchen sanitation standards.
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day.
Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must reside within 50 miles of the hotel.
