Job Title and Details

Import/Export Coordinator Preferred Japanese, Chinese, Korean Bilinguals. Pay: $20.00 $27.00 per hour. Location: Torrance, CA (in person). Job Type: Full-time, Monday?Friday, 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers & vendors to coordinate high volume ocean and air import and export shipments.
• Record and monitor shipping details on company system.
• Schedule daily cargo pickup and delivery.
• Act as liaison by providing assistance to sales representatives and customers.
• Generate shipping documentation such as Ocean BL, Airway Bills, other export/import documentation and commercial invoices.

Requirements

• 13 years of exporting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Oral and written Japanese at a professional level is a plus but not required.
• Any other Asian language is a plus.
