We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish) to join our team! In this full-time role, you will work across various locations within a 25-mile radius of our main store at 266 N. Peters Rd., Knoxville, TN 37923. As a Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, your primary focus will be to assist both wholesale and retail customers by understanding their needs, answering questions regarding our products, and suggesting the best solutions. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction and our store's sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience. Engage with customers in person and over the phone to assess their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with company policies. Aim to meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Efficiently stock shelves and set up appealing product displays. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Assist in receiving deliveries and managing inventory. Keep the store clean and organized while ensuring product availability. Stay informed about product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations. Suggest improvements to enhance sales performance. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
