Location: Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.
Base Pay Range
$295,000 per year – $325,000 per year.
Position Overview
EnFin is looking for an experienced executive to lead the ideation, prioritization and implementation of strategic initiatives that strengthen the company’s position as a leading provider of residential solar and other home energy financing solutions. This individual will lead cross‑functional strategic projects, coordinate execution across the executive team, and align priorities with our affiliates and parent company. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight, strong operational discipline, and exceptional communication skills. This person thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment, helping translate vision into measurable results while ensuring the organization remains aligned and execution‑focused.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to define and continuously refine the company’s strategic roadmap, business model evolution, and long‑term growth priorities.
- Lead strategic analysis and scenario planning to evaluate new opportunities such as product expansion, channel partnerships, and M&A.
- Translate high‑level goals into actionable initiatives and KPIs, ensuring clear accountability, timelines, and performance tracking.
- Support investor and parent company communications with strategic narratives and performance insights.
- Lead cross‑functional efforts across EnFin and the larger Qcells organization to drive projects from ideation to implementation while maintaining visibility and buy‑in from all stakeholders.
- Lead operational reviews on business performance and priority progress, such as monthly or quarterly business reviews.
- Drive key leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
- 10 to 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, finance, or operations.
- Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives that drive measurable business transformation.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Experience effectively absorbing, processing, and communicating important data.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and the financial services sector.
- Track record of leading process reengineering initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
- Consistently recognized for optimizing processes to create scalable, efficient operations that improve customer experience.
- Experience leading and mentoring a finance team in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
- Strategic thinker capable of making sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, strategic off‑sites, and advisory board materials.
- Manage a strong team, hire and retain top talent, and build team culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business or finance.
- Experience operating within a multinational corporate environment.
- Experience with advanced financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Solar industry experience (Renewable).

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
