Position Summary

A cutting‑edge technology firm delivering AI/ML‑powered solutions for the semiconductor manufacturing industry is seeking a seasoned sales executive to lead its global revenue strategy. This is a compelling opportunity to drive international commercial growth, shape go-to‑market execution, and scale a high‑performance sales team in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Sales Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive worldwide sales strategy to exceed aggressive revenue targets across all product lines.
  • Team Building & Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and scale a global team of Account Managers, Application Engineers, and Regional Leads.
  • Enterprise Engagement : Drive direct sales with top‑tier fabs, foundries, fabless, and tool suppliers; articulate the value of Lavorro’s AI/ML solutions to executive stakeholders.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and expand OEM, channel, and system‑integrator relationships to extend Lavorro’s global footprint.
  • Sales Operations & Forecasting : Implement disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking across regions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product and Marketing to shape messaging, pricing, and demand‑generation strategy.
  • Customer Advocacy : Partner with Customer Success to ensure world‑class onboarding, ROI, and long‑term satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor or advanced‑manufacturing software sales.
  • Proven success leading global enterprise sales organizations and closing complex, multimillion‑dollar contracts.
  • Strong technical understanding of MES, FDC, APC, Yield Management, OEE, or AI/ML‑enabled manufacturing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale go‑to‑market teams in a startup or high‑growth environment - comfortable establishing structure, process, and momentum from early stages.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and executive‑communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel globally (~40–50%).
