Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and conducting depositions.
Attend client meetings and communicate with clients regarding case updates and developments.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal staff on complex legal matters.
Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and trial exhibits.
Serve as a legal resource for clients and other attorneys within the firm.
Attend court hearings and conferences as needed.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.
10+ years of experience in litigation and civil law.
