We’re looking for a
Senior Golang Developer
with hands-on fintech Saas experience (banking/cards/payments). If you love building scalable systems in a highly regulated environment and want to shape how corporate payments work — this is for you :)
What you’ll do:
Design, build, and maintain backend services for Spendbase’s new banking and payments infrastructure
Develop high-performance APIs and microservices inGo, ensuring reliability and scalability asweonboard thousands ofcustomers
Collaborate with product, DevOps, and security teams toshape the architecture ofcore banking components— ledgers, transaction engines, KYC/KYB flows, and card issuing systems
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code. Participate incode reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement
Diagnose production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement efficient fixes
Keep an eye on emerging tools, libraries, and patterns in the Go and fintech ecosystems
What we’re looking for:
3+years ofexperience developing backend systems inGolang
Experience infintech orbanking products isamust
Strong understanding ofconcurrency, memory management, and REST/gRPC design
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, orsimilar)
Understanding ofsecure software design, authentication, and data integrity (bonus iffamiliar with PCIDSS orbanking APIs)
Solid grasp ofsoftware development best practices: version control (Git), testing, CI/CD
Proactive mindset and the ability tothrive inafast-scaling startup environment
Upper-Intermediate or higher English
