What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall value proposition and strategy to customers
Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase, addressing any issues to ensure success
Close complex opportunities using advanced technical knowledge and credibility
Deliver product and technical briefings and presentations to potential clients
Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer interactions and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering role
Strong written and oral communication skills to convey business benefits and technical advantages
Experience in programming/scripting with languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, or .NET
Ability to sit for extended periods and travel up to 45% of the time
Passion for educating customers on observability risks relevant to their business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with customer evaluations and developing execution plans
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining customer feedback
Understanding of competitive landscape in the SaaS industry
