Essential Functions of Employment with DLO: Show up for work, on time & prepared each scheduled workday. Perform all assigned tasks and processes, including those you are qualified for and over-qualified to perform. Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with team members daily. Main Duties: Collect blood and urine specimens using various techniques and devices. Accession patient information and tests into the Care 360 system. Process all types of specimens collected. Obtain billing information from patients and ICD-10 data from clients when necessary. Communicate effectively and politely with internal and external customers. Required Knowledge:

Knowledge of venipuncture techniques using vacutainer needles, hubs, butterfly devices, safety needles, and syringes. Required Experience:

Proficiency in blood specimen collection across all age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Ability to handle large patient volumes efficiently and interact successfully with all departments and clients. Basic computer and keyboard skills. Special Requirements:

May need to work early or late to meet client needs. May be relocated as required by business needs. Physical and Mental Requirements: Lift objects weighing 1-15 pounds frequently; 16-25 pounds occasionally; 26-40 pounds rarely; objects over 41 pounds require assistance. Ability to sit or stand for long periods, with good eye and hand coordination. Perform repetitive tasks with dominant hand frequently to constantly. Position may require travel. Extensive use of phone and PC. Require fine hand dexterity, steady hands, talking, walking, balancing, bending/kneeling, pushing/pulling, reaching/twisting. Equal Opportunity Employer:
