
Position: Part-Time Leasing Consultant – Fort Worth, TX (Clearfork area)
We have a fantastic Part Time Leasing Consultant opportunity available!
Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Location Bexley Clearfork, Fort Worth, TX (Southwest - Clearfork area)
Pay Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $19/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses.
Schedule
20 hours per week.
Mondays all day, one additional full weekday (Friday preferable if available), one 4‑hour weekday, and occasionally a Saturday.
Weekday hours 9am-6pm, with flexibility based on your availability.

Responsibilities As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.

No leasing experience required — the right mindset is essential.
