As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic tax planning and compliance services, with a specific focus on C corps. You will lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients while driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance and planning for C corps. Conduct tax research and analysis to support strategic tax planning initiatives. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in complex tax matters. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on tax-related issues. Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated tax solutions that meet client needs. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate tax, with a strong focus on C corps. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
