Full‑time Primary Branch:
OH – Coshocton, WM‑0431 Responsibilities
Proactively identify, market, and recommend bank products and services that meet customer needs to achieve individual sales goals. Process transactions, open accounts, and perform routine account maintenance. Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance. Use problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns following Woodforest Experience training. Minimum Qualifications / Experience
3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience, or An associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience, or A bachelor’s degree. Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required. Must be positive, engaging, and eager to grow within the organization. Education & Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Work Status
Full‑time. Supervisory Responsibility
No. Travel
Little to no overnight travel expected. Occasional business trips to cover nearby branch locations within 45 miles of the assigned branch. Working Conditions
Stand most of the time; may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods. Occasional lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs. Disclaimer
