Job Description As a Financial Representative, you will work with current and prospective clients in your community to understand their financial needs and goals and recommend impactful solutions from a comprehensive line of products, including life insurance, so that they can protect what matters most.
The Ideal Place for a Career As a full‑time Financial Representative, you will also be eligible to participate in Western & Southern Life’s benefit plans, subject to the terms of those plans. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, a 401(k) plan with a company match, and a defined benefit pension plan (available to just 15 of the top U.S. companies that still offer a traditional Defined Benefit Plan). Other benefits may also be available, depending on the terms of their respective plans, policies, and programs.
