NetSuite Specialist
to join our team and ensure the system operates at peak performance.
Position Overview
The NetSuite Specialist will be responsible for the
administration, configuration, customization, and optimization of our NetSuite environment . This role requires deep knowledge of NetSuite’s architecture, data model, integrations, and performance tuning. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, IT, Compliance, and external partners to ensure reliability, data integrity, and seamless user experience.
Description Position Overview
The NetSuite Specialist will be responsible for the
administration, configuration, customization, and optimization of our NetSuite environment . This role requires deep knowledge of NetSuite’s architecture, data model, integrations, and performance tuning. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, IT, Compliance, and external partners to ensure reliability, data integrity, and seamless user experience.
Core Responsibilities
System Administration
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
Ensure compliance with security policies and data governance.
Database Management
Oversee NetSuite’s data model, schemas, and saved searches.
Maintain data integrity across modules (Finance, Inventory, CRM, HR, Compliance, etc.).
Develop and manage data migration, cleansing, and archiving processes.
Customization & Development
Design and maintain custom fields, forms, workflows, and scripts (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder).
Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
Support development of custom integrations using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or middleware platforms (Boomi, Celigo, etc.).
Test, validate, and deploy NetSuite patches, releases, and upgrades.
Partner with business units to define and implement process improvements.
Support & Documentation
Provide support for NetSuite users across the organization.
Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
Compliance & Backup
Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal audit requirements.
Manage data backup and disaster recovery planning related to NetSuite.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands‑on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or DBA.
Strong knowledge of
NetSuite ERP
modules: Financials, Inventory, Order Management, CRM.
Proficiency with
SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteFlow .
Familiarity with
SQL, relational databases, and ETL tools .
Experience with integration platforms (Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.
NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification preferred.
