Les Stanford Buick GMC is looking for a competitive, motivated, teamwork driven, professional to join us as an Automotive Business Development Center Representative. We are a fast growing, family owned dealership that provides a relaxed, friendly work culture with a reputation built on integrity and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with hours Monday thru Friday, no Weekend Hours!! Call center, collections and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.

You will…
Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for both Sales and Service
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
You have…
Strong computer and internet skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivation
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as CRM experience preferred
Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
