Complete the PLACE Launch program. Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis. Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties. Negotiate offers effectively for both sellers and buyers. Monitor and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology. Host two open houses each month. Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines. Participate actively in team events and initiatives. Commit to weekly one‑on‑one coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls. Consult with sellers, secure listings, and promote properties. Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing‑related services. Qualifications
Self‑driven sales expert with a competitive edge. Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and finding tailored solutions. Proficient in prospecting and lead generation. Natural at overcoming objections. Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional service. Collaborative team player. Licensed real estate professional. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Growth‑oriented and eager to learn. Highly organized. Open to mastering scripts and dialogues. Excellent time management abilities.
