Overview What responsibilities will I have in this role?
Evaluate and design structural systems that support power-generating facilities.
Work collaboratively with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
Manage assignments with minimal oversight, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Produce accurate, code-compliant engineering documents such as drawings, calculations, and technical evaluations.
Stay current with industry codes, standards, and safety practices, particularly those relevant to the nuclear sector.
Travel to plant sites to perform walk-downs and interface with client personnel.

Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in civil/structural engineering from an accredited university.
Available to start within 1‑2 months.
Experience in design modifications preferred.
Proficient in structural design preparation.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and RISA-3D preferred.
Knowledge of industry standards and willingness to participate in prototyping and testing.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and presentation.
Ability to work independently and effectively in teams.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders, navigate client sites, and work outdoors.
Willingness to travel for client and company projects.
Please Note:
Some roles may involve federal contracts requiring U.S. citizenship.
Employment Requirements
Pass pre‑employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, background checks, and annual MVR checks.
Complete pre‑interview assessments.

Salary Range The salary range for this full‑time position is $80,000.00 – $99,600.00. Pay is determined by role, level, experience, location, and additional factors.
