Description
Responsible for assembling different components or parts of semi-finished goods. Play a crucial role in broadening the horizons for any business, especially the production and fabrication industries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Improve work methods and tooling
Report any safety problems to management
Follow all environmental, health and safety policies
Keep work area clean and orderly
Manage one's own time efficiently
Evaluate self work to ensure compliance with work instructions and standards
Study, read, and understand the schematic diagrams, blueprints, product manuals, process documents, and gather information regarding its parts, fixtures, tools, etc.
Set up, arrange, and operate equipment as per the specifications and instructions from the supervisor.
Assemble parts or components to build a new product.
Using hand tools, drills, calipers, heat gun, die grinder, height gages, bench center, lock wire pliers, blind rivet guns, torque wrenches, safety cable tool, and nutsert installation tool
Contribute in fitting, building, or reconstruction of various parts to ensure smooth process of component.
Clock in and out of bar codes to begin and complete work orders
Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is formed in accordance with the specifications
Read and answer email daily
Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Basic use Visual MRP system
Wearing the proper safety equipment
Other duties as assigned
Employee will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations.
