Campaign Execution Specialist , where his role will be:
Key Responsibilities
Deal directly & manage effectively all customer queries regarding promotions & bonuses
Handle complaints and provide solutions related to bonuses
Monitor and evaluate the activity of customers
Provide accurate information regarding company's promotions
Deliver marketing campaigns (through Optimove/ Mailup/ Locosms marketing tools
Qualification Requirements
At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
Experience in using CRM tools/ campaigns is a plus
Passion about sports and good understanding of online gaming products
Excellent communication and a team working spirit
Fluency in both English and Portugueselanguage
Flexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7
