WHO WE ARE Encurio thrives at the intersection of innovation and compassion, where our tech‑savvy, fast‑paced environment is supported by a fundamental commitment to excellence and personal integrity. We’re a planning-centric accounting and advisory firm, working with small business owners, real estate investors and corporate executives. We ground in a shared purpose of meaningful impact, where ideas are welcome, and our goal is to transform the way our clients relate to their finances. It's that simple.

Each of us is accountable. Collaboration, respect, and interdependence are Encurio’s professional imperatives. We are innovation-driven, addressing the complexities of our clients’ unique circumstances, prioritizing emerging technology, and overall professional development. Be on your toes, and you’ll move well with us. We care about you and your family, and refuse to let you die at your desk. We work 35-40 hours/week, almost never more than that.

WHO YOU ARE We’re hiring a Senior Tax Associate who operates at near–Tax Manager level – someone who owns the work end-to-end and sets the bar for the team. You bring 4–5 years preparing complex corporate and individual returns, plus 1–2 years of strategy and planning.

You’re fluent in tax-basis concepts (GAAP a plus), could navigate income tax nexus, foreign forms, and multi‑entity structures with your eyes closed, and you don’t need to ask twice to find answers. You lead with grit and tenacity, communicate crisply, manage capacity, and mentor junior team members to deliver on time with impeccable accuracy. You’re tech‑forward, professional in a remote setting, and client‑tuned – able to read between the lines and translate complexity into clear next steps.

If you’re a results‑driven strategist who can own the details and is always three moves ahead, a seat at our table is yours.

At Encurio, we’re re‑inventing this dying industry. We’re California love and New York‑savvy, walking the edge of heart and pace. If you’re ready to be part of a diverse, progressive team we’d love for you to apply.
