What we need from you:
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
License:
Active Property & Casualty license
Tech Savvy:
Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC is required, insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, carrier websites, and other relevant software
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities
Account Management:
Experience in managing a general book of small to midsize commercial accounts

Client Management: Expertly manage and service a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
Exceptional Service: Deliver an unparalleled customer experience, fostering positive and lasting client interactions.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships built on trust and professionalism.
Efficient Processing: Accurately and efficiently process certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements.

Application Preparation: Prepare comprehensive applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by producers.
Market Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with markets to secure timely and competitive quotations.
