At H&R Block, we help people make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. As a Tax Preparer, you will build client relationships that grow stronger every year. Responsibilities
Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W‑2 information into the tax program. Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures. Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Reading and math skills required to complete the tax return interview. Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone. Previous experience with Windows‑based computer programs. Additional state and local requirements may apply. Pay Range
$11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Benefits
