Role Overview:
We are looking for a Life Insurance Sales Agent to work a field role in a full‑time position. You will begin with an existing book of business and have the opportunity to grow it through your sales efforts.
Employment Type:
Full Time – Field Role.
Day to Day Activities
Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales using our Customer Care Sales Model.
Continuously prospect for sales opportunities.
Collect premiums from policyholders on a pre‑arranged schedule.
Respond promptly to policyholder service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.
Maintain accurate records, account for money collected, and process paperwork.
Our Agents Are Expected To
Increase the agency size.
Build strong working relationships with customers.
Devote necessary time to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
Commit to ongoing development of knowledge and skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Ability to visit customers and prospects door‑to‑door.
Minimum age 18.
Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage.
Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Preparation
Licensing – Assistance and guidance are provided for licensing exams.
Basic Training – New agents complete a basic development program including self‑study, classroom, role‑play, and extensive fieldwork.
On‑the‑job training that lets new agents earn a paycheck while learning.
