Job Description Hellas, Inc, the #1 sports construction company in North America, is seeking a meticulous Sales Process Specialist (SPS) to support our Business Development Managers in securing construction contracts with schools, municipalities, and other public entities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical comprehension, and the ability to thrive under strict deadlines. You will utilize your administrative coordination skills, legal understanding, and construction document experience to facilitate accurate and timely bid submissions.

Headquartered in Cedar Park, TX, Hellas is the largest sports construction contractor in the U.S., specializing in the construction of sports facilities and synthetic surfaces, managing all aspects of the business in-house, including artificial turf manufacturing, base construction, installation, and maintenance of fields, tracks, and tennis courts.

Responsibilities

Assist Business Development Managers by coordinating all administrative aspects of the sales and bidding process.

Thoroughly review and interpret extensive project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements to support accurate bid preparation.

Prepare professional, complete, and timely bid submittals, product information packets, and related documents.

Order plans, specifications, and addenda promptly while maintaining communication with architects, owners, and clients.

Organize and maintain bid documents, ensuring accuracy and proper distribution to internal stakeholders.

Identify qualified project leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and distribution.

Assist in organizing sales materials, bid files, and the supporting documentation required for each opportunity.

Ensure estimators receive the latest plans, specifications, addenda, and bid requirements.

Communicate with suppliers and vendors to gather pricing and product information needed for bid proposals.

Maintain organized documentation and support the creation of technical submissions requiring strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.

Support additional tasks and special projects as assigned to ensure smooth sales and estimating operations.

Qualifications

College degree preferred; legal or paralegal experience is a strong plus.

Experience reading or interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Excellent technical writing skills and strong attention to detail.

Background in construction compliance is advantageous.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Flexible schedule to accommodate varying workloads.

Highly organized, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and an effective team collaborator.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and document editing.

Ability to manage high volumes of paper and electronic documentation.

Additional Information

This is a non‑exempt position with pay based on experience, normal business hours, and potential overtime.

Base pay plus bonus compensation program (up to 15% additional earning potential).
