Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and take orders with a friendly, professional demeanor Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately process customer payments Prepare consistent, high-quality products according to company guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring a positive customer experience Answer phone calls promptly and provide helpful information to customers Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Adapt to changing customer needs and maintain a flexible approach to work Resolve customer concerns empathetically and efficiently Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming standards Contribute to achieving team goals and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Strong communication abilities, comfortable interacting with diverse customers Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team player mentality with a positive, can-do attitude Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in orders and cleanliness Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required) Ability to pass a criminal background check Additional Information: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
