Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and easy smile Customer-focused approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution Ability to pass a criminal background check Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Additional Information
