Manager of managers responsible for multiple entry-level managers and one or more teams of Investigation specialists (approximately 75-80 headcount) who investigate seller registration related documents on Amazon platforms and take action based on processes, tools and sound judgment. Provide leadership and administrative support to team(s) with a focus on people development, minimizing impact of bad actors, meeting decision quality targets, meeting/exceeding service levels, executing roadmapped projects with stakeholders. Strategic planning and project road mapping, participate in driving team performance and roadmap delivery. Understand VRMO vision and make independent decisions with sound judgment to guide teams toward that vision. Lead and manage teams to meet metrics related to bad actor reduction, seller experience, and service levels; represent team performance across platforms worldwide. Onboard resources for the team and ensure delivery as per plan; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable resource on-boarding. Drive process improvements to impact quality, productivity, or customer experience; prioritize features and deliver process-level improvements with stakeholders. Develop people through governance mechanisms on people processes; identify training needs, upskill teams, create career roadmaps, track adherence, and work toward succession planning. Hire top talent for the team and act as a mentor; communicate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and stay informed about fraud trends impacting retail. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of team management experience 6+ years of operational and/or retail management experience Experience using data to influence business decisions Experience as a manager of managers Experience across the domain of risk management & compliance operations MBA Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel and Word) at an advanced level Experience in operational excellence using six sigma methodologies Company
