$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Position Summary Sam's Club is looking for a Team Member who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and facilitating sales and service operations. The role includes fulfilling sales and service requests, educating colleagues, leveraging technology, managing inventory, handling cash, and advocating the brand.
Responsibilities
Be a Team Member: Collaborate with teammates to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for safe, efficient customer service.
Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Apply Point of Sale systems and phone in‑person selling techniques.
Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to plan sales, improve service experience, elevate associate engagement via handheld technology, make business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, and training.
Be an Owner: Communicate equipment, tool, and supply needs to leadership, track and monitor returns, operate cash registers, maintain inventory, audit safety, report hazards, complete paperwork, logs, and documentation, and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate the brand with a high‑quality service style, support teammates, and model respect, positivity, and teamwork while identifying needs and guiding training.
Act with Integrity: Uphold integrity, ethics, and compliance; support company goals; hold oneself and others accountable; promote a regenerative culture.
Serve Our Customers and Members: Deliver results, make decisions based on reliable data, prioritize short‑ and long‑term goals, and consider how work impacts team delivery.

Compensation In addition to base pay, the role may receive premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Premiums may apply in multiple categories if requirements are met.
