Main Shop Service Advisor Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
Accurately document vehicle concerns and service needs
Provide detailed cost estimates and clearly explain recommended services
Coordinate repair timelines and communicate status updates to customersWork closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion
Maintain customer satisfaction through follow-up and consistent service quality

Qualifications Main Shop Service Advisor Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair facility required
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience with Reynolds or other dealership management software preferred
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
