Associate, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/KYC Representative II We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our AML/KYC/Prevention team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – Hybrid. Responsibilities
Prepares in-depth, detailed risk profiles for complex clients and conducts periodic reviews of client profiles for renewal Acts as the lead on AML/KYC/Prevention support for the team Populates risk profiles for clients with global requirements & Lux requirements Gathers additional information from independent research, online tools or from the relationship manager or client Performs due diligence to ensure accuracy of information Uses strong communication skills to engage in challenging conversations with internal stakeholders and external clients to support accurate data gathering and resolve open issues Demonstrates strong client service skills Reviews profiles flagged or escalated for additional review through QSS real-time scans or escalated OFAC sanctions alerts Provides guidance to less experienced AML/KYC/Prevention support staff No direct reports Provides guidance to less experienced staff and may serve as the team leader for a team of support staff Helps develop team objectives Qualifications
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required Bachelor's degree is preferred 5-7 years of total work experience preferred Benefits and Rewards
