Job Description We are seeking an experienced and reliable Residential Roofing Installation Supervisor to join our growing team in Central Florida. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supervising roofing crews and performing repairs and installations on shingle, tile, and metal roofs. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train and identify future team leaders.

Responsibilities

Supervise residential roofing installation and repair projects.

Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.

Read and interpret construction plans and roof layouts.

Coordinate labor, materials, and job site logistics.

Lead and train team members; identify and support emerging leaders.

Ensure all projects are completed on time and within scope.

Attend safety and technical training sessions as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in shingle, tile, and metal roofing systems.

Previous supervisory experience in residential roofing.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.

Willingness to work outdoors and attend ongoing training.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
