Greet customers and provide a warm welcome Listen actively to customer concerns and needs Schedule appointments and manage service requests Advise customers on recommended service and repair options Prepare service orders and ensure accurate billing Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns Maintain a clean and organized service area Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in basic computer skills Previous experience in a service or hospitality role preferred Benefits
