Job Details
This position is for a motivated individual with at least two years of sales and service experience, preferably within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership skills and a commitment to providing value-added services that protect clients and strengthen relationships. Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
Direct supervision of personal lines staff across multiple offices
Implementing agency systems, policies, and procedures
Driving process improvements through technology and innovative solutions
Providing technical expertise to staff, including customer interactions and workflows within the EPIC system
Fostering new business opportunities within the Personal Lines department, including cross-selling, up-selling, and strategic partnerships
