Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related degree, or equivalent experience. Experience using enterprise-wide requirements definition and methodologies. Salesforce.com integration experience, especially with CRM systems such as Salesforce, is a critical requirement. Experience with integration tools between different business systems. 2+ years’ experience in technical and/or process improvement project management. Thorough understanding of major enterprise business systems platforms and technologies, including CPQ, Quote to Cash, recurring billing/revenue SaaS tools. Knowledge of all phases of software development: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing (including integration, user, and performance testing), debugging, implementation, and support. Ability to lead and negotiate business solutions that balance technical capability, cost, and time against business needs. Strong leadership skills and the ability to generate enthusiasm among team members. Ability to work independently with users to define concepts under the direction of project managers. Strong analytical, organizational, and product management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate sensitive information tactfully. Professional interaction with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Experience with Agile practices and methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban. Ability to troubleshoot and generate ad hoc reports for data analysis. U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residence status may be required for some projects, with verification upon employment.
