Responsibilities

Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify improvement opportunities that lead to year over year cost savings.

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement at all levels through root cause analysis, PDCA methodologies, GEMBA management, etc.

Support the Continuous Improvement program for the site to deliver improved results in cost, quality and customer service.

Lead improvement workshops, kaizen events, chalk circles, VSM and other improvement events.

Build skills and capabilities of others in Lean methods, cost savings and OEE/OLE.

What We’re Looking For

Know and can use Lean or Six Sigma improvement methods.

Know and use Lean Manufacturing and industrial engineering methods such as time studies, flow analysis and system optimization.

Proven experience in digitization solutions, including Power BI, SQL, and other data analytics platforms, to support data‑driven decision‑making, streamline reporting processes, and enhance operational visibility across the organization.

Plan and facilitate workshops and improvement events.

Strong collaboration, influencing, and project management skills, and the ability to drive change projects with cross‑functional partners to conclusion.

Driven, self‑directing, goal oriented and able to prioritize workload in an agile environment.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.

Financial acumen with advanced understanding of BOMs, value add, costing, and overhead.

Experience operating as part of a site cross‑functional team, managing stakeholder relationships, and reporting up to senior management level.

Excellent oral communications, business writing and presentation skills.

Willing to travel up to 10%.

The base pay range for this position is: Min $102,600 – Max $153,900.
