We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to join their growing Colorado team in Golden, CO, and help lead the successful field execution of complex water and wastewater treatment projects. 8+ years of field supervision experience in heavy civil construction, with direct experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP) projects. Proven ability to manage large-scale concrete, mechanical, and process piping scopes. Strong background leading field crews, foremen, and subcontractors on complex civil and structural projects. Solid understanding of project sequencing, schedule management, and coordination of multiple trades. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, quality control, and field documentation. Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of fostering teamwork and accountability in the field. Must live in or be willing to relocate to Golden, CO; relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities

Provide on-site leadership for WTP/WWTP construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Supervise daily field operations, including subcontractor coordination, equipment utilization, and material management. Lead and motivate crews to achieve production goals while maintaining a positive and safe jobsite environment. Oversee concrete placement, structural work, yard piping, and process mechanical installations. Conduct daily safety and coordination meetings, ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to resolve field challenges proactively. Maintain detailed daily logs, progress reports, and as-built documentation. Support startup and commissioning efforts, ensuring a smooth transition to project closeout. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
