Supervise daily operations for crews of 8–10 electricians and apprentices on industrial project sites Plan and assign daily tasks, track crew productivity, and maintain a safe and organized jobsite Coordinate with superintendents and project managers to ensure milestones are met Monitor and maintain electrical quality standards, ensuring all work complies with NEC regulations Manage truck stock, tools, and material deliveries to avoid delays and maintain readiness Troubleshoot installation issues and provide field-level solutions efficiently Maintain accurate daily reports, including manpower, progress, and material needs Participate in safety meetings and lead by example to uphold jobsite safety protocols Support and mentor junior electricians, fostering a culture of learning and accountability Qualifications
