Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with physical injuries or conditions to help them improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their recovery process. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's individual goals and limitations Implement various therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients\' strength, flexibility, and range of motion Monitor patients\' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients Qualifications
Master\'s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred Job Details
