Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, candidates with HVAC or sheet metal technician experience who are eager to transition into sales are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in selling mechanical airflow or similar building materials is advantageous.
Demonstrated success in crafting and executing a holistic sales plan is preferred.
Self‑motivated and diligent, with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Proficiency in basic PC operations, including Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong project management capabilities and adept at meeting deadlines.
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities are essential.
