Phlebotomist II Float - Rocky River, OH - Monday-Friday 6:30am to 8:00pm (Rotational Weekends) In a Phlebotomy float role, we offer a variety in work where no two days will quite look the same. Minimum of $19.72+ per hour. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Benefits

Cover assigned territory for phlebotomy duties at Patient Service Centers, doctor’s offices, or as needed Draw quality blood samples, prepare specimens for testing Collect specimens per established procedures, including drug screens and insurance exams Enter billing info and collect payments when required Mentor, instruct, and support new employees; serve as onsite resource and communicate regularly with supervisors Travel to additional sites as needed Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, capillary collections Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred Customer service experience preferred; data entry skills required The ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
