As an
Interventional Spine
Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker
Interventional Spine
products to meet customer needs. You will confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrate the value of our products, and systematically track your territory progress. You will proactively communicate your wins with your Regional Manager and strive to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you will use your product knowledge to solve problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff on the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. You enjoy living in a fast-paced environment and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.
What you need
Experience : 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with 2+ years of med device sales experience preferred
Travel : Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
Physical requirements : Medium work — exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Note: line breaks removed; content kept as one item per policy
Mental requirements : Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise; manage time, projects, stress and conflict; strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication; ability to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision; ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records; ability to communicate/present to large groups; unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive environment.
Other : Must be able to communicate with and present to diverse stakeholders in clinical settings
