Germany - Key Account Manager (Hematology-Oncology)
Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health‑tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate change‑making team is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager located in Germany.
Position Overview We are looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our team. The role focuses on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and building relationships with Hematologists/Oncologists in Germany. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in a biotech/pharma environment.
Responsibilities
Creating a referral physician network of Hematologists/Oncologists for Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services.
Making outbound calls to Hematologists' and Oncologists' offices to create awareness of Massive Bio's offerings and follow up with in-person visits.
Identifying and accessing potential partners (trial companies, medical facilities, EMR companies, etc.).
Identifying and accessing Patient Advocacy Groups and engaging them to access patients who can benefit from clinical trials.
Following the advances in the German oncology/hematology space, identifying potential meetings, seminars, congresses, and attending when there is a tangible engagement opportunity.
Identifying KOLs, engaging with them, and conducting roundtables with their leadership on relevant cancer types to create awareness of trials.
Identifying potential facilities to integrate Massive Bio solutions into their database.
Keeping CRM systems current; following up on communication with physicians; reporting results to internal leadership and team members.
Collecting and communicating physicians' office feedback to Massive Bio's sales/marketing/product development/delivery operations teams.
Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with physicians.
Coordinating networking efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyzing the territory/market's potential and status reports.
Candidate Profile
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies; a strong physician contact portfolio is preferred.
An extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists.
Ability to travel to Hematologists'/Oncologists' offices, using public transport or owning a car (mileage/public transport will be reimbursed).
Fluent in English and German.
Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Resident of Germany.
