We are representing a well-established General Contractor in Nebraska that has just broken ground on a brand-new duplex apartment project. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Multi-Family Superintendent to lead the build from the ground up. Responsibilities
Take full ownership of site operations on a ground-up multi-family project. Coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and drive safety and quality standards on site. Ensure delivery on time and on budget, meeting safety standards. Oversee project from breaking ground through close-out. Qualifications
Over 5 years of proven experience as a Superintendent. Strong ground-up construction experience within multi-family, apartments, or similar residential projects. Proficient in Procore and Bluebeam. OSHA 10 or 30 certification (required). What’s on Offer
