Looking for a talented and team-oriented individual for the role of
B2B EDI Analyst . Will be responsible for day-to-day production support, enhancement, administration, and operations of the EDI environment.
Primary Skill:
B2B EDI Analyst using IBM B2B Sterling Integrator 5.2.2 or higher
Required Skills: Minimum of 8+ years of experience working on IBM Sterling Integrator related projects. Strong data exchange / EDI background supporting enterprise-level production environment. Excellent knowledge in ANSI X12, cXML, CSV, EDIFACT data formats. Good knowledge of establishing partner communications using FTP, sFTP, and AS2 protocols. Preferred experience with AS400 and SAP ERPs. Preferred past Sterling B2B admin experience. Past experience of working directly and liaising with customers. Good communication skills both orally and in writing. Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and identify appropriate solutions. Available to work US hours as required by the job. Should have previous experience in engaging and interfacing with IBM directly for product support-related questions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in support of Sterling Integrator application production environment. Maintain stability and performance of B2B system and all its components. Work closely with other teams to remediate all EDI B2B issues related to server, network, database, etc. Actively manage the performance of B2B environment including capacity planning and tuning. As a member of the EDI team, work on prioritized incidents, enhancements, projects, code deployments, application upgrades, and testing interfaces. Provide support for new projects affecting the EDI B2B Sterling Integrator landscape. Responsible for creating best practices for Sterling B2B Integrator with supporting documentation and standard operating procedures. Provide 24/7 on-call rotational support as required, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Engage and interface with IBM directly as required for product support-related questions.
