What you’ll be doing The National Shoulder BDM role focuses on introducing and establishing an innovative shoulder system across the UK, with responsibilities in market access, relationship-building, surgeon education, and driving adoption. Stakeholders

to engage include: Consultant shoulder surgeons Procurement Theatre teams Here’s what you need Minimum of 2–3 years of orthopaedic experience, including selling to surgeons, supporting orthopaedic cases, and theatre experience; demonstrated success in current role and ability to develop new business. Mindset: Highly resilient, entrepreneurial, a "go-getter" with a growth mindset. Bonus points if you have prior experience selling shoulder arthroplasty products.
