About the Role A leading healthcare research organization is seeking a
Contract Analyst
to assist with intellectual property protection, contract management, and legal and business research. This position supports the filing, management, and tracking of patents, trademarks, and related agreements while maintaining accuracy across multiple databases.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with paralegal experience who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support patent, trademark, and copyright filings
Draft and review intellectual property agreements
Maintain IP records and database accuracy
Research and compile business intelligence on industry partners
Prepare executive summaries, reports, and documentation for leadership
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of paralegal or related legal experience (5 years if no degree)
Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field preferred
Litigation experience (highly preferred)
Strong contract writing and review skills
Intellectual property experience (nice to have)
Corporate legal or large firm experience preferred
Extreme level of professionalism and confidentiality
